The complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was below par in terms of quality and service. The room we were allocated had issues like insufficient towels and a rusty sink, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in the heart of downtown and close to everything we needed, including a few restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the amazing Chef's Choice surf & turf dish that was cooked perfectly. the continental breakfast was really good, and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Fort McMurray. the hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were attentive and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was superb, situated in a convenient downtown area that is close to everything I needed, including a variety of restaurants. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities provided in the rooms, particularly the fact that some rooms have a walk-in shower, which adds a touch of luxury to the stay.

We experienced challenges finding suitable parking for our work trailer as the hotel had limited parking space. the absence of curtains in the room made it difficult to sleep in as the bright sunlight streamed in from the window in the early morning.
